3 ★Signed up and waited a few days, went to open the app and it just keeps saying "verification unsuccessful: This app isn't available in your region" ....after digging around because the given "see supported regions" link doesn't work. I found out my state is the ONLY one they don't operate in 🙃 sucks...but upping to 3 stars because idk how they get clearance to work in NY
1 ★Complete joke. Customer service is non existent. Sent in information to update my address, kept getting the runaround for weeks that they were still working on it. Just think what would happen if you had a serious problem! Many others reporting the same. Also scary they say "kindly respond" like scammers on email. Adios.
1 ★Great way to transfer currency the down side is it's like a mirror to cash app pay pal premium card accounts . I'm glad technically just keeps getting better. Just don't have any privacy or not to share your information rule!!
4 ★Edited because problem was fixed. Company appears to be trying to do what they say through this app, however sometimes instructions can be a little unclear, recent example is just starting to use supercharger and not realising I had to be signed into the exchange (instruction was hidden a bit deep).
2 ★Is a good card.. it's complicated to use, I'm sure good in a near future a easier ways to top up the cars or retailers most of the times need double of the money to accept the card like uber or lyft. Online payments like airplane tickets will requires you have extra $ on your card Is annoying. To top up card (add money to a card) some time you need to make a few transactions to save some fees and get more for your money. Crypto is all about be patient.
2 ★I was charged for every transaction I made within the first 30 days of signing up with the app despite there being a no charge rule for the first 30 days. They said once it's rectified, they will put my money in the Crypto Currency and I still won't have access to it. How can you steal something and return it to where you want to return it and not to the owner.
1 ★Keep getting an error when trying to buy coins. It worked one time and that's it. It's not my card. It's the app. I reached out to customer service and all they said was "try again in a couple days". Lol....wow what Service. Update: July 8th. Yeah they responded to me. The responded with the answers. Absolutely no help. Clueless. It's obvious the employees are untrained. Or they really just don't care, which is probably accurate. Guess I'll start looking for another....
1 ★Worst crypto app on the market. Spent 2 days trying to buy a specific coin but kept getting error messages. They say they control it to keep people from making bad buys on volatile coins, just keep trying it work eventually. We'll 48 hours later same problem coin price increased 48%, gee thanks for saving me from actually making money in your app. Don't waist your time or money will this app, unless you want them dictating to you what coins you can buy and when you can buy them.
1 ★If other apps offered the coins i want i would never use this again. Ridiculous fees just to send to my wallet...literally half of what i send(which is ridiculous, send 80$ worth of coins and it costs 40$) so avoid at all costs. Not to mention cant use my credit card so i have to go to the bank to deposit to an account or transfer from my crypto wallet to the app. Maybe work for your customers and not just to rip them off
1 ★There was a problem with buying cryptocurrency through a debit card. I tried to pay with different cards of different banks. All the time it gives an issuer error, although yesterday I bought on this exchange. In those support, I was told that the problem is in my bank. But I called the bank and the information was not confirmed to me.
1 ★horrible. like the actual app unless you have a real issue the there is no way to get ahold of anyone to help. it only offers a chat that doesn't allow you to type your own but have to select a pre written text and if your problem isn't there then your just SOL. or if you select the wrong msg you can't go back or anything. I just want to speak to an actual person. havnt used the app in months now becuase I CAnt do a anything on it.
5 ★Ive been enjoying this app for a little over a year now. its been great. The Cashback is incredible. Had a little bit of miscommunication with Support at one point, because I was staking before they increased the minimum, and I wasn't receiving the payout. They upgraded my card tier, and while Im still not receiving stake (well below minimum) I am getting a great deal on cash back, so I try to use my card for as many purchases as possible because of that.
