Although I complained long ago but nothing happened. My complain didn't go to the HR. Prepare a good JR for the field managers and include this in KPI. Overall customer satisfaction will increase 15-45%. Few days ago, I bought a new sim for my mother but didn't buy GP due to this bad experience. Some will change number
