There are different types of space trucks to purchase and many ways to improve and upgrade those that you own. You can make your plans carefully by checking the news to see what's happening throughout the galaxy or you can smuggle illegal items between planets on a wing and a prayer, hoping to avoid the attention of pirates and intergalactic police.
The game features leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer mode, ten sound tracks, unique graphical style, multiple difficulty levels, open ended game play and challenging AI opponents.
Profiteer has been carefully designed so that a player can take a turn or two when they have five minutes to fill or they can, just as easily, settle in for a full evening's playing.
