4 ★Fun little game. Lots to do and easy to get more money to do things. The builders need some rethinking. If you start building something every builder goes there to work on it. If you want to build something else at the same time you have to hire a new builder, or fire one and them again to get started. When you do ANYTHING exwhile a build is going on the time on the build does not go down. Watch an ad, go to another hospital, and the building slows down a LOT. 2 seconds pass watching 30 sec ad
2 ★I like this game. I just have a couple of problems. My workers don't build while I'm not on the game. I can't just leave the game open for 6 hours at a time so that my new sector can be built. With the amount of gems I would have to spend to complete the sector, I would need to spend almost 60 dollars. For ONE building. Awful! Also, the ad that I watched to double my income didn't double my income and now is stuck at 15 minutes remaining and will not allow me to watch more ads for more income.
4 ★It's a wonderful game, very light hearted & not overbearingly humorous at the expense of the mentally ill, the lay out & sound design are tuned just right to provide a somewhat immersive atmosphere for the style of game. I am overall enjoying my experience so far. I did encounter a very steep increase in what it costs to purchase upgrades with in-game currency once I unlocked the 2nd prison, this has caused me to lose some interest as the severe cost increase indicates a cash grab. Tweak costs?
1 ★I'm going to be honest, I originally liked this game. But the amount of ads is frustrating, especially for the cost to remove them. But today 5-31-23 at 1153pm, I was watching an ad to cancel a negative to my in-game money, and it crashed my phone. I could not get my phone to let me in what so ever. Thankfully I was able to restart, while my phone is blacked out. This is genuinely a MAJOR issue.
2 ★Cute game. A lot like that zombie hospital game, but few of these games are all that unique. A major bug is that after coming back to the game, it tells me how much money it earned while it was closed... but my balance is the same as it was when I closed it. Augh! Deleting because I don't want to leave it open for hours just to get my upgrades.
2 ★Fun game but I maxed everything out hours ago and have to have the app open on my phone to get enough patients cured to move on to the next level. It doesn't progress while the app is off. So basically, beat level one with nothing to do for the next 6 hours of my phone sitting there letting it run so I can move on. I love idle games, this is the first one that's had this issue for me.
3 ★This game is loads of fun at first! I particularly enjoy the characters 😀 I've opened all the hospitals and have built up my staff. I was hoping there will would be another level once I complete these! However When you get to a certain level there is LESS TO DO and it becomes BORING bc you can't advance to anything new. Don't waste money or time.
3 ★Only idle when you're on the game. If you're not playing the game or even when you're watching an ad, the game will stop progressing. Edit: The offline issue was fixed but now there's an issue with firing workers. If you get out of the app, it won't save which is an issue if you accidentally hired too many people and losing money from it.
5 ★Can be rather addictive *haha as well as an excellent time killer. The first quote unquote level or hospital definitely easy enough except when you notice your little crazy people are nasty and stink. But If you look closer it's fixable. So far. It's overall a great game. BEST PART so far NO CASH MONEY for quests or anything of the sort. And from me well as others, IT'S APPRECIATED 👍
3 ★PRO. Cute game a little confusing but I think I'm getting the hang of it. CON. No options to earn Gems to pay for at least a few of the Higher Up Characters. Would make people wanna keep playing and not get stuck on a level unless they pay for to play. Plus No Fun or Sense of a Challenge if U just buy all the pieces to the game. If u have it all by buying them. What's ur next step to keep the customer coming back and actually having that yearning to level up or feel a REAL GAME CHALLENGE?....
1 ★Game was great...I was watching ads getting dollars and upgrading. Then I left to do something and then I came back to play the game. The first thing that pops up is a minus revenue box for 7000 loss....I have to watch an ad to keep money I watched an ad to get.... Seems ad greedy to me... I've never come back to play a game and get penalized.... Deleting now, don't bother playing they are deceptive.
5 ★This game would deserve 4 stars or better if weren't lacking some key essentials. Turns out that there's no way to restore energy that I could find. It also doesn't help that the energy meter is backwards and confusing. Fix those and I will give this game 5 stars, it's that enjoyable. As promised, I have given this game the ratings it deserves, not because anything changed but because I learned a couple things about energy.
