1 ★App never had ads till today. I'm not sure why. I paid for a service I didn't think had ads If you try to rewind or skip forward the show jumps back too far [about 5 mins vs 10 seconds] You can't add shows to your own profile if you share, and you can only do so on the device you signed up with. I feel like compared to other streaming apps this is the absolute worst.
5 ★UPDATED 7/6/2021: Watchlist has now been added to the app. Thank you for reading the comments and recommendations and acting on them to better our viewing experience. The watchlist makes it soooooo much easier to quickly access our favorites and the ability to save things we want to watch in the future. A "Watchlist" or "Add to Favorites" option would be a great addition.
1 ★Several bugs in my application, was not able to view downloaded content on a recent flight. Very disappointing. Plus makes you watch commercials of their other programs. I will try the customer service number listed, but still having problems, some content can beer viewed but not all. Have not found a way to repair myself.
1 ★Absolutely horrible. The ads (which there are a lot) stutter and take twice as long or longer. The last ad of 3 or 4 because it's always 3 or 4 in a row will finally end and the show won't start up again. You have to close down and replay the episode then it starts at a point further away then where it left off (probably where you should be if the 2-3 mins of commercials didn't actually take 6-7 minutes) then when you try to rewind to see what you missed it starts commercials again 0/5
3 ★When you hit the "search" button it takes FOREVER to bring it up...then lags when you type something in. Also, sometimes I have to turn my phone off and on for it to update to be able to watch something I've been binging. For a prestigious tv channel and money I pay I wish it was faster and better. But...it has all my favorite tv shows soooo 🤷...deal with it I guess?
1 ★The FF doesn't work properly. You press 10 seconds forward and it takes you 10-20 seconds back. Very annoying when you want to skip some of the fluff. Missing an episode of a series season. Doesn't have an option to click episode guide straight from vidoe. Doesn't have a watch next episode until the entire credits have rolled.Even if you scroll to the very end, it still backs up to the last 10 seconds. Ads on premium. This app is so bad it made me post my first written review in my entire life.
1 ★I have the $9.99 premium subscription. I am watching old episodes of Real World, and it keeps stopping for commercials. I bought the premium for a DAMN REASON! At least 1 time in nearly 70% of any episode (of any show) I watch, the episode freezes and takes 30sec. to refresh and start again. I've restarted my Firestick several times, I've un-installed, and reinstall the App on my phone, and these problems persist. Fix this b4 I ask for a FULL REFUND!
1 ★So many glitches it kept crashing on me, and when I'd restart the app it didn't save my video progress/started from the beginning. The fast forward controls don't have any scene previews so you don't know how far you've gone, and when I tried watching on a gaming console the forwarding didn't let me scroll at all? Like I couldn't jump forward and had to hold down to slowly find where I was before the app crashed. Also the app's layout is crunchy. This is a clear quick cash grab with no effort.
1 ★Honestly if you can pirate the shows on here I'd suggest it. The app is so poorly designed I honestly feel bad, like whoever made it had a week to get it out the door and it shows. The fast forward and rewind "10 seconds" buttons are completely broken, they just now added a list, you cant get to more episodes of a show without searching for it first, seasons of shows are marked incorrectly (check rupauls drag race untucked)... I'm about to cancel my sub, it's sad. Wish I had more characters
2 ★I really wanted to love paramount plus because it has almost all of Rupaul's Drag Race which is really awesome but there's one major issue I've had with the app. If I turn off my phone while paramount is still running, it will force a restart on my phone. I lost all of my pictures and had to spend hours getting them all back. I thought nothing of it until it happened two more times. I definitely recommend using the website instead of the app. Definitely needs some updates with the crashing
1 ★Premium No Longer Ad Free when using Chromecast! This used to be my absolute favorite streaming app and I pay for premium specifically because it's been almost totally ad free BUT as of a few days ago, that's no longer true. If I watch something on my phone there are no ads, But as soon as I cast it to my television ads appear. This is obviously intentional and I can't understand it. Why the sudden change?
1 ★Awful. The app freezes all the time or runs the opening credits on a loop. If it was free I could overlook these things but it's not. It happens numerous times a day. Please don't waste your money on this. it sucks. Not to mention customer service doesn't return emails or try to help you figure out why the app sucks so bad.
