Description
Jumpy Car ADHD is a very fun and psychoeducational game about ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). The player will have to help Andy, a boy with ADHD, to reach Dr. Barks, avoiding colliding with the "Distractors". For that you will have to drive a very fun car ... the Jumpy Car ...This car has no brakes, so the player will have to make the car jump to avoid the "Distractors" ... The "Distractors" represent the obstacles that the ADHD can cause, so you have to help Andy to overcome them.
At each level, Dr. Barks will have dialogues with Andy (in Comics), where he explains several things about ADHD. This game is divided into four main chapters:
1) "What is ADHD?"
2) "What Causes ADHD?"
3) "How to Overcome ADHD?"
4) "Overcome the ADHD !!"
[NEW] You now have access to all levels in this free version. There are 32 levels. To unlock new chapters, you can use the coins you collect in the game.
This game was developed by Dr. Ivo Pinto, Psychologist at PIN-Progresso Infantil, with the support of Clube PHDA and is an excellent tool that Parents, Doctors and Psychologists can use to explain ADHD to children (with or without ADHD). This is a different and much more attractive way to introduce the topic and transmit this knowledge.
