1 ★Pay to advance. You will constantly fail levels if you have a large cellphone. Absolutely no way to advance in game unless you win items in game, but they aren't enough to finish remodeling. You obtain 1 item from watching ads. You will also have to watch ads to obtain more ❤️. This is a watch ads all the time platform. The ads don't pop on the screen like some games, but they get you with losing levels and needing items for a 1% chance that you might just get lucky.
1 ★Went great until it became unbeatable. The second hospital, you can't get past the level at all. And I'm selecting being all multi task like, but nope, nothing. I get right up to the point before a star to continue to the next level and for the 100th time I do not pass. Only to start over and the same thing happens will be deleting this app and not continue playing.
2 ★It's fun and addicting until level 6. There isn't any amount of upgrading that will get you to progress through the game without spending. It stops being fun. Also, there isn't a part of the game that is like as advertised, at least, the part where you perform any kind of "pimple popping." So don't bother if that is what appeals to you. Make the levels more reasonable to beat- stop pushing us to spend money in order to continue to play.
2 ★I really like the game, but I agree with a lot of others that many of these levels are hard to beat without spending real money. I also noticed that in the last few days the option to play ads in order to gain coins/items have dropped down from being able to watch 6 ads to more just 4 ads. That was one way to get around not having to spend actual money and you guys are trying to take that away as well.
1 ★Can't beat levels without spending a lot of money on gems that only last for 30 seconds, and thats with everything upgraded. Not worth the stress of playing. Plus the advertising is false, they make you think you'll be playing a lot of dermatologist cleaning games. It's total false advertising. Don't waste your time or money on this game. I just Uninstalled it.
2 ★This is a fun game with a lot of potential but it gets too hard too fast. Like impossible. I played one level for 4 days straight multiple times a day and couldn't pass it without using diamonds. Now every level is like that. I spent a few dollars at first but I'm not spending money to pass every level of a pretend game. Deleting and finding something else.
2 ★This game is super fun at first but when you get about halfway through Japan the levels become impossible to pass, the amount of coins needed to pass gets higher and the amount of time you have to complete it in gets smaller. And as you progress the upgrades for doctors and equipment costs more and more coins and if you don't win, it's impossible to get enough coins. It's just not fun anymore.
4 ★Here's the low down dirt, the ads when ur squeezing out gunk is a side game that gives you money to play the main game, you can choose between both game modes. They are extremely fun to me. I don't get any ads, im not prompted to pay for something every 3 secs. You can choose between 2-3 options what doctors you want, same w decorating the hospital. I suggest not doing the side quests until you are completely out of money and its hard to get more thru the main levels. I like it, 😁
1 ★10% when you fail is not enough, it needs to be at least half. Can't possibly generate enough coins to upgrade what needs to be upgraded properly. Game glitches and you lose your reward. Game lags causing you too fail. Limited number of lives is asinine. Game doesn't always recognize when you click items causing you too lose time. These needed to be fixed.
2 ★Really hard once you hit a certain level, you don't make enough to complete levels unless you wait for days collecting all the "little" treats they give to build up enough to get through the level. I shouldn't have to spend money I don't have constantly. If the creator changes little things it will make things a little easier. I love a challenge but this is almost impossible. Fix the issues and I'll give 5 stars otherwise I just wouldn't waste your time if you can't afford to purchase the stuff.
4 ★I love this game! I was honestly obsessed with it years ago, and I stopped playing and uninstalled it because I was absolutely stuck on a level I couldn't pass because the amount of coins you get for how much upgrades cost is not enough. I recently downloaded it again and it seems like I'm still not making enough coins to keep up with the upgrades. I'd definitely give this game 5 stars if that gets fixed!
2 ★Game is fun, but recently found out that upgrading the automatic beds resets after you beat the level. Once on unlimited mode, you have to buy them again for each level. At $20 per level to do this I don't think you should have to buy it again for the same levels. Dropped it to 2 stars from 3 for the extremely lame and generic response by the developer.
