3 ★The game will aim-assist by following moving targets. Disable it through the options menu by setting tarheting to manual, then the new option on screen when you play. It's very bad; if you're trying to aim at a tank, and it moves slightly, you will most likely miss the shot. If a tank you are aiming at dies, you zoom out. Even if you are trying to aim at another tank right next to it. It's really annoying. There is no option to disable this. Microtransactions are semi-avoidable, but not really.
5 ★The game is great for what it is. The graphics and performance is what to be expected from a mobile game. The tank/ship controls are very familiar to people who have experience with mobile games. The only downside right now is that we can only use planes in tank battles. What i think would be great is if the developers added the ability to use planes in ship mode, and to add planes into its own mode. It would be great to accually upgrade planes and run into ships.
2 ★Don't get me wrong, it's a fun game and has potential. But it seems like more of a money grab by war thunder, it's very pay to win and to get any good tanks you need to spend 10-40 dollars. For example, as soon as you complete the tutorial or when ever you open a game mode, it hits you with a premium vehicle worth "$40" and is now $10.
3 ★The game is pretty good for a mobile game. I wish it had better support for external controllers, such as the ability to customize the controller mapping. Matchmaking should be more skill based than vehicle based. Especially when a player is using a tank with low XP. It is difficult to level up the tanks at a low XP rating, mostly because the tank doesn't have enough damage mitigation to survive more than one hit and you only have the one tank in that platoon until you level up.
3 ★This is a more strategic war game, a little buggy, and the controls are a little hard to use, but not bad for a new release. I haven't seen any option for the planes, but I'm still fairly new so I'm unsure if it eventually unlock. Tank battles do feel fast-paced but the controls are holding this mode back, but there is some customization. Ship battles are fun, and they offer a more strategic method of combat than tank battles do. Overall, not a bad game, but it does need improvements
5 ★A+ good game, Edit: driving in reverse is very, very slow, also its irritating when you zoom in and it yanks your aim away from your enemy and you miss, and turning in place is basically non existent and if you even dare slightly touch the edge of a wall or rock say goodbye to your speed, still, the gunplay is pretty good and driving forward and turning while driving forward is much more manageable than other games like WoTb. still 5 stars
3 ★It's a cellphone approximation of War Thunder. Personally, I'm not a fan of third person shooters on phones as the technology limits competitive equity, with people having better devices with bigger screens having an edge. But if you do, this is fine. It's a lil WoT with consumable FPE and Tools but, i didn't see that i needed them too much. Now, let's get subs and aircraft carriers in the main game. Make Carriers have an RTS mechanic with planes being AI driven
3 ★This game need improvements. First, when you drive backwards it's so slow and and going down a hill while driving backwards is so slow! Secondly, the repairing is so slow by the time I fully repair there's a swarm of enemy tanks near me. Lastly, the front protection and side protection even when it has a high stats and get it at the front I still get destroyed. I reinstalled and deleted (Many times ) this game thinking it will be better, it isn't.
4 ★I love the pc version this is a good start to the mobile adaptation its fair gameplay even against others who have premium vehicles pretty well balanced and suited to many playstyles. Only complaint is it forces you to use your extra vehicle cards and if you dont you are stuck watching the minimap or get a penalty of a loss if you leave the game when you are starting to play a new platoon. You only get so many of them per level up/daily boxes and they are more useful to use in high teir gameplay
4 ★It's a fun game easy to level up. Ship battles are very nice everything feels natural. Tank battles are a train wreck. Nothing feels right and there seems to be no consistency in destroying enemy tanks. Taking a single hit in your own tank is an automatic death either you're blown up or you have to wait an eternity to have it fixed.
1 ★One of the worst games I've played. The controls are awful, parts and fpe cost premium currency and are REQUIRED if you have to repair your tank or put out a fire. The amount of monetization is ridiculous, and I'm also tired of getting a new "offer" after every battle I play. War thunder should stay on pc, this phone app is garbage. Nothing but a quick cash grab, if you want to play war thunder mobile, just play war thunder on ultra low graphics. If I could choose zero stars, I would.
2 ★Fun game, controls are horrible and frustrating to use, feels like my fingers are all over the places trying to move,stop,aim,shoot,retreat,reload,look around,all at the same time. Take notes from the way WoT blitz has their game,. I'm glad the game is close to is pc counterpart but I think the muzzles velocity drop needs to go in the mobile version, you just can't give input fast enough with touch controls
