3 ★I've been playing this game for a few months now, I like it, but if it weren't for microtransactions, I would have never been able to progress. It's near impossible to level up heroes in the later levels without buying gems or randomly getting their hero cards. I mean you can play and play to eventually get enough gems, red points, or hero cards to level up but that's why it's been months of playing this. I do like playing the events, they seem more my speed but they are like 2 days long.
3 ★I really like this game. I watch an ad anytime necessary for a bonus necessary to play the game well. I'm very disappointed that when an ad doesn't load, I can't get the bonus. That shouldn't be my problem, if you don't have an ad, then just give me the bonus. I don't care if it's the same one. G*d knows I've seen the Temu drone ad screaming "FAKE FAKE FAKE!" a million times through multiple ads.
1 ★This game was fun at first. The progression was steady and the mini games were fun also. Now if you don't spend actual cash on the game you won't progress very much on either the main or the mini games. I was playing this every day, but now I just check in every once in a while to see if the developer isn't so greedy anymore. Also, whenever you have an issue in game, support is worthless! The never fixed problems. I finally gave up on their help. Play if you don't want help and want to spend $$!
3 ★This game is getting to the point where you need to spend unnecessary money on it just to make any progress. Your survivors constantly need food with I get, but you can't get extra hunters unless your hero is a level 50 which is impossible sometimes. The events are fun except vain castle needs blueprints for the dorms, which is only gained from the arcade. You'll be lucky to get enough to even upgrade one let alone get enough to build. Getting genuinely frustrated with this game.
2 ★I really do enjoy playing this but i have the same complaint as everyone else. Its hard to level up my heros. My problem is i have a bunch of extra hero cards but no red or enough yellow stars to help upgrade. My cities frequently get stuck over producing and under producing items. And no way to increase your yellow star output without moving on to the next cities. If only it was easier to level up the heroes then i would have given 5 stars. Its a really good game but needs a little fixing.
4 ★The game is rather simple to play without the need to spend any money if you're willing to be patient and let the rewards come to you. The only hard city was #8where you need a certain hero in order to progress any farther in making food to feed your people. They starve and die a lot. Keep your tower up and max out that heros lvl best you can to avoid strikes. City 9 needs a hero you will not get till the last bit of the build, but it can be all done, again, without spending a single penny.
1 ★Horribly predatory shovelware. Can't make decent progress without paying real money. And the costs are through the roof. To get a palatable rate of production you need a hero and level them. However, they purposely not give that required hero in-game (post-tutorial). Not in quests, not in story. Users have to buy using the special currency (which can be free, but will exponentially get harder to obtain) to have a CHANCE to hire. Yeah, they're locked inside no-guarantee loot boxes!
5 ★Sometimes I have been confused about some of the special events, but Support is attentive & helpful so it hasn't impeded my progression in the game. It's challenging (but fun) to accomplish the tasks & keep the fire going when there aren't enough resources or survivors want to go on strike. This is a good game that you can play without spending money unless you just want to - a rarity in the gaming world!
1 ★Mechanics similar to many city building survival games, but without the PvP element. You struggle for a while, thinking once you get the hang of the interface and level up some of your assets it'll get better. Then through the magic of exponential cost increases, and stingy resource rates & chest drop odds it becomes an Unplayable Pile of Garbage. Don't bother. Save your time. Look elsewhere.
1 ★This game, like many others unfortunately, is getting so greedy with the ads and monetization. If the devs read this, please know we understand you have to pay the bills, but the means of which you are achieving your income makes this game frustrating enough to uninstall. I gave it a fair shot, but at every obstacle is a paywall that has very few ways to bypass with RNG. Other than that, it's ok. I'd continue playing in my down time if it wasn't trying to swindle me every time I log in.
3 ★Enjoyed game for quite a few months now. Fun until level 9or 10 . I'm unable to get unlock the heroes needed to progress the game at an enjoyable pace. Took a month of daily playing to clear 9. Ten looks like it will be twice as long. Fun , optional events change to e the pace. Even tho I've spent money on a few things, I won't spend the coins just to have a more timely progression thru the game. Uninstall for me at this point
2 ★Like the game. The lack of ability to get the essential heroes needed should be addressed. The current side game (fishing) has been stealing my tokens that I have earned in completing tasks. Ex: I had completed 7 tasks which reward 5 tokens a piece, I was only able to receive rewards for 3 tasks. This is not the first time. Not sure if I will play anymore side events after this one.
