Plan Vulnérabilité est un jeu éducatif qui s’adresse aux travailleurs sociaux qui accueillent, accueillent et accompagnent des demandeurs d’asile et des réfugiés.Plan Vulnérabilité propose 15 modules scénarisés autour du sujet de la vulnérabilité, sa détection et la prise en charge de la personne concernée. L’utilisateur doit, selon le contexte de chaque scène et les connaissances qu’il possède déjà ou acquiert via l’application, prendre les meilleures décisions possibles afin d’augmenter sa jauge de bonne pratique.
L’objectif est de sensibiliser un public qui côtoie au quotidien des personnes en demande d’asile ou réfugiés aux vulnérabilités dont ces personnes peuvent être touchées. 5 types de vulnérabilité sont ainsi les fils rouges des modules : santé, santé mentale, femmes victimes de violence, traite des êtres humains et communauté LGBTI+.
Plan Vulnérabilité a été développé par Almédia sous la supervision du Secrétariat général pour les affaires régionales, Préfecture de la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes dans le cadre de « Mission solidarité, citoyenneté, logement, ville ».
