This application is a simple metronome. It's simple but has a very stable tempo, unlike some of the other free metronome applications. And unlike nearly all free applications this metronome has NO ADS so your kids won't be solicited by dating sites whilst practicing their instrument.

4 ★Does exactly what it promises. Nothing bloats the app unnecessarily. I only have two tiny issues: first the stop button seems to only respond after the upcoming sound has been played, which is a little confusing at low bpm. Secondly: in custom sounds are some hillarious choices which can give you great ideas for your own sounds, yet one can not choose a soundfile from the memory of the phone.

It's not loaded with unnescesary crud, and overall, it gives a giod experience! However, I think you should add different sounds, like a longer click, or an electronic beep. Great visual tick idea which really helps me when in a very loud environment, especially when counting in and drum intros. We'll done to the developer. You don't have to look anywhere else for a metronome this one is great. And believe me I have been around a long time sessioning. Brilliant.

The reviewer who said that free apps such as this destroys the livelihood of other developers has no clue of what software development is. If that individual has significant software skills, get a job at a company that pays developers a salary for writing software like the rest of us do. 5 ★I'm learning how to play the guitar and this is an awesome app to help me with the tempo. Nothing fancy or distracting, just a great app that does what it's supposed to do. Oh, and NO ADS, or invasive permissions. It does have a silly fart sound but that helps get the grandkids interested in music (sort of).

3 ★I needed a silent, visual metronome for a performance situation. This app seemed perfect because the whole screen flashes to the beat. Wrong. Since you have to use + - signs to change the tempo, it takes too long between songs to program in a new tempo. My group went from something at 66 bpm to another piece at 108 bpm. I had to abandon the metronome because i couldn't waste time pressimg the + - sto get to the right speed. Some way of quickly typing in the bpm would improve this app.
