Buscando a autorização do Ministério das Comunicações em Brasilia em 2012 enviamos a documentação da Inovação FM, com 01 quilo e 208 gramas.A entidade passou por muitas situações dificeis dentre elas o arquivamento do processo em 2013. O motivo do arquivamento foi que o cartório de registro e anexo de Mirante do Paranapanema deixou de anexar a averbação do registro do estatuto. A associação persistiu pelo desarquivamento o que ocorreu em 2015, pois o estatuto tinha traços de registro e foi considerado o processo.
A licença provisória de funcionamento só foi emitida em 01/04/2019.
