Det tar omtrent en times tid å spille, men dine valg styrer historien, er det også mange mulige slutter. Du kan derfor spille Fru Strøm flere ganger, og hver gang få en ny opplevelse.
Fru Sems valg er inspirert av Else Marie Strøm, kvinnen som satte Steen og Strøm på veien til å bli Norges største motemagasin, og andre kvinner som henne som på starten av 1800-tallet bygget opp og drev forretninger. Alt i spillet er påfunnet, men utfordringene du møter, og samfunnet du spiller ligger tett opp til historien, og valg som disse kvinnene kan ha tatt.
