ولد في محافظة الخرج سنة 1400 للهجرة سنة 1980 للميلاد ومتزوج ولديه بنتان وولدان, حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس من كلية الشريعة في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وعمل كأمين عام لجمعية الأمير سلطان لتحفيظ القرآن بالدفاع الجوي، وبعد سبع سنوات درس الماجستير في الفقه المقارن من المعهد العالي للقضاء في نفس الجامعة، ثم حصل على شهادة الدكتوراة بقسم الفقه المقارن من المعهد العالي للقضاء برسالته تحت عنوان "الفروق الفقهية عند الحنفية في البيوع"
