A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Can't seem to load any playlists, even if I've downloaded them, if I don't have internet connection. It just keeps loading but doing nothing until I'm reconnected. Also, it keeps pausing my music on Bluetooth without me telling it to. These things are annoying enough. It also detracts from app functionality. So, 2 stars. Now, it just keeps freezing and still doing everything above. Down to 1 star. Ugh!
1 ★The app is once again available for Chromebooks but doesn't work! It doesn't seem to recognize the network and is inoperable. Hey Google! Please fix this. Doesn't seem to make sense to keep paying for a subscription if I can't use it on my Chromebooks which make up the majority of my devices. And don't say that I can use the web version, because the web version is not as usable, the casting is not as seemless, and the fidelity is not as good.
1 ★A complete ripoff. I was force migrated from Google Play Music to YouTube Music, only fewer than half my purchases are actually available on the latter. Plus I'm forced to listen to ads in between songs *I paid for*, and it won't even play in the background like Google Music did. What happened to "don't be evil", Google? This is a clear cash grab. I will not be paying for any more Google products or services, ever.
1 ★Gave it an honest chance, but this is bad. Worst streaming app on the market. Terrible customer service; doesn't appear to listen to its users. The same problems have persisted for months now and after several updates almost none of them are resolved. No announcement or communication. I hate to see Google pulling forcing this mess on everyone. Absolute garbage! Plays videos even when you have them turned off.
1 ★Complete disaster. This app is a hot mess. Replays the same songs and artists over and over. Download quality is terrible, even with high def selected. Every time I try to open it, it freezes and I have to force close, clear all processes, and reopen. Always forgets the last song or playlist I was on. Difficult to find songs in your own library. No 'Recently Added' playlist. I was a die hard Google Music user, and I've honestly given this a thorough try. I hate it. Did I mention I'm paying too?
5 ★Overall it is one of the best apps for music. I have no complains, however, i have one inconvenient with the computer. I'm not sure if you can help but my issue is that I can't no longer use the random option and I'm a premium user, and also, it keeps skipping songs whenever it wants. I know it's a pc issue but it would be amazing to get some help
1 ★This is probably the worst app I've ever encountered for playing your own uploaded music. I had a large library of my own music uploaded and used it with the previous player app. But now you cannot choose albums within an artist. It's just about impossible to edit your music collection if for example an album was uploaded twice trying to delete one copy is almost impossible. There's no quick way to access a particular artist or album. So it's just brings up things that are available on YouTube
5 ★I had been a long time subscriber to google play music since I discovered it several years ago. I was not really thrilled when I found out it was going away. However, I've been thoroughly impressed with the job YT Music has done in providing a better replacement. To me the convenience and quality are worth the cost of premium, so I'll continue being a subscriber for many yrs to come.
2 ★I don't mind the price. I do like the fact that you can upload music from your device. One of my problems with the app is that the playlist does not play all the songs in the playlist. If I have one thousand songs. I wanna hear one thousand songs. I want be able click on a song and it shuffles unless I click it to play in order. I don't wanna keep hearing the same songs when I start the radio. Please fix this issue. I do not want to cancel my subscription, but if I have to...I will.
1 ★Works fine with streaming, but is terrible if you like to keep a large library of downloaded songs on your phone to play offline. App usually takes a couple of minutes to load your songs. Quite often the app randomly removes songs for no reason. And sometimes the app just stops working for no reason and you have to restart. I used to use Google Play Music and it was awesome. Transferred over to YouTube as it was the default replacement, but will probably start looking elsewhere.
1 ★I really miss google music. I have a lot of songs from my iPod days uploaded and this is what I using for. Now I have to listen to excessive ads, and can no longer connect to my speakers or forward a song with out "premium". This app is bulky and half of the time doesn't even work with less and less features every time I use it. I'll have to figure out how to get my songs off and onto another app.
1 ★Update: still hate this app. Google play was probably the closest thing to perfect now I have to use this. I shuffle my library of over 800 songs and it goes between playing the same 10 songs over and over or it plays songs I don't even have in my library that don't rate even remotely close to any kind of music I would like. My only positive experience is that I have found a couple songs I could only listen to on YouTube and was able to add them to my library. Not worth it at all.
