5 ★The wheel spins everyday are absolutely fantastic! The app tends to slow down after about 45 minutes and it will just stop. Not cool whenever you are on a roll in a tourney that could last hours! Your best bet is to just leave & refresh the app at the first sign of it studdering and hurry back! Last night it booted me out & by the time I logged back in, somehow I lost 100,000 chips😯. Every poker site does this though. Overall there are a good amount of players coming on and most are classy.
1 ★Trash, you buy in to a tournament then get kicked out and have to keep fighting to get back to the game you paid for. Now by the time you get back in you have no money left and just wasted your buy in and this happens all the time. Customer service just tells you it must be your geo services but they work on every other app I have including their mgm casino app which never kicks me out when I'm losing money there. I lost more money getting kicked out of this poker app than actually playing.
1 ★The quality of this doesn't even warrant a star. Registration box is cut off you can't even finish the registration to get in on any tournament or spins or sit and go you can do spins if it's $5 for some reason but if it's a dollar you can't always geolocating recomplying terrible app
1 ★It's so confusing. I win 5 dollars for poker free play. It has to load poker app. Poker app doesn't have my credits. Switch back to casino app. Loads through browser for promotions. Jumps everywhere without apps communicating with each other. Sounds like a normal casino where no one is on the same page. It says I have promotions that aren't actually promotions. They are ads to put more real money into the apps. The poker sit and go promotion just loads to an error page
1 ★Extremely low low low low rtp on slots, disconnects in the middle of free spin games after spending hundreds to chase them, wins on scatters are about 5-9x the spin 👎 disconnected from a large poker tournament right before the final table also, when I logged back in was just in time to see I missed a great hand, lost tourney running cold had to all in on an OK Hand to survive and lost of course. 1 ★HORRIBLE app with even worse customer service...there is NONE.... crashes mid tourny and then has "technical issues" which don't allow u back on....no way at all to contact customer service from app.....UPDATE....STILL SUCKS....can't even bet in another state once u register in one, unless u open another account and deposit more money....the change state function DOES NOT WORK....this app is more of a crook than the casino itself....
1 ★Two attempts at set and spin using free ticket, and cash bets, buttons on player page didn't load. Unable to play but free ticket gone, and cash bet not refunded to my account. I'm just glad it was a small trail bet, and free ticket awarded in free spin promo was all that i lost. I won't ever use promotionals to place a bet in poker app again in any amount.
2 ★Here's what I've learned. When you buy into a tournament you have to get ahead fast because this app will crash and then won't verify your location for another half hour. Dont bother with customer service because they somehow don't know anything about this issue despite ALL of the poor reviews. You're going to try all the basic things you know to fix the issue, turn wifi off and on, force stop the app, remove and reinstall the app. Nothing is going to work except patience. Play pokerstars.
1 ★The app is no good! Designed to take your money because of legal agreement. It will freeze when you up big or in a big hand. I had to log in on my pc to figure this out every time it froze. So don't play unless you have a laptop or computer. Don't believe me try it and regret it
4 ★I got a free 5$ entry and placed 2nd even after having to go afk a few times!! Not sure what people are talking about be kicked and half your chips gone. It auto places blinds but thats any poker game for the most part. And if you click you icon and hit sit out next hand itll keep auto folding super fast. Watch out as i lost a game this way
1 ★Literally spent money to have amateur after amateur laugh at me after trying to get them out of bad hands. Bad beat after bad beat. It was like a nightmare that never ended. No matter how I played a hand or when I played the odds, it just ended up in stupid hands. I have no idea why this happens. I used to think I was better than this. All I can say is that in in-person games, I don't get beat like this. Is it rigged. No idea. It sure feels like it is.

They will tell you your trying to gamble outside Pennsylvania....I don't think I could be any more in the middle of the state. Probably not possible for me to go 200 miles in 30 seconds.....thanks BetMGM...as I type this I have roughly $100 worth of spin and goes running that you won't allow me to access....I'm sure there will be no refund and it's somehow error on my end as far as they are concerned
