Setelah menjuarai D'Academy, ia dikontrak oleh label rekaman Trinity Optima Production dan management Stream Entertainment. Kariernya pun semakin meningkat di dunia tarik suara dan ia sempat membintangi beberapa judul film televisi. Hingga pada akhir 2015, ia dipilih menjadi salah satu perwakilan Indonesia di ajang pencarian bakat D'Academy Asia dan akhirnya ia keluar sebagai juara kedua setelah dikalahkan oleh Danang Pradana Dieva pesaingnya asal Indonesia. Pada 19 Februari 2016, Lesti mengeluarkan single kedua berjudul Zapin Melayu yang diciptakan oleh Pak Ngah salah satu juri ajang pencarian bakat D'Academy Asia asal negara Malaysia.
